Sr. Civil Design Engineer

Description:

•Participate in the preparation of the project specific schedule and list of deliverables on the project.

•Prepare, and where necessary have it prepared by others, engineering documents, drawings, calculations, specification, MTO, BOQs and all other information/input etc. in accordance with ITB requirements, project specifications, applicable design codes and standards and good engineering practices

•Responsible for development of civil discipline scope in 3D model in the project assigned 3D software.

•Participation in 3D model internal (Company) review.

• Responsible to monitor and review 3D model for safety, HFE, operation, maintenance, clashes and incorporation of latest revision of civil discipline and vendor drawings and documents, time to time.

• Review, monitor and make sure that comments made on 3D model and the documents / drawings are properly incorporated in respective document and ensure that record of all changes is properly maintained.

• Ensures that the design and drafting efforts are proceeding according to the project schedule. Any delay shall immediately bring in to the notice of the lead engineer.

• Assisting Lead Engineer with specific information for progress reports

• Assisting Lead Engineer to response Client / vendor / contractor / third party queries.

• Understand and be aware of the Company Quality Management System and make sure its compliance within the discipline.

• Undertake special technical assignment in project pertaining to procurement, construction, commissioning, and field engineering etc. time to time.

• Identify, comprehend, share and apply lessons learnt and collect and analyze mistakes data with reference to quality requirement for error free function of the discipline.
