We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading the entire bidding sales cycle on Upwork, managing sales pipelines, and using CRM tools effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to take calls, close leads, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire bidding sales cycle on Upwork.
  • Take client calls and effectively close leads.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including C2C lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong lead generation experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Basic knowledge of end-to-end sales processes.
  • Exposure to C2C lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
