This is a full-time role (remote work possible) for a Sr. (Node.js) Back End Developer. As a sr. backend developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with back-end web development and software development using Node.js. You will be working closely with the front-end development team and utilizing your expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) to develop robust and scalable solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Node.js to architect, design, and implement robust and scalable solutions. Additionally, we highly value candidates who have experience working with AI vision and GenAI frameworks, as you may collaborate closely with these technologies for our own products

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Lead backend development initiatives, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable Node.js-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our development processes where applicable.
• Strong grip on 3rd party integration tools and payment methods
• Experience with SQL databases and deployment of code using CI/CD
• Experience with Front-End Development
• Strong programming skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of proven professional work-experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js. Please note that the experience of working on University projects will not be considered as professional experience.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
• Experience working with LLMs and AI frameworks such as OpenAI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently, under intense pressure and stressful environments.
