Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Assistant Manager Talent & OD at Visionary Solutions in Lahore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing programs and strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent within our organization. Additionally, they will focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness through various OD interventions.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional associations.
Design and implement OD programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Conduct organizational assessments and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and facilitate training and development programs.
Assist in the implementation of change management initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, budgeting, and employee turnover.
Requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Project management skills
Bachelor's/ Master degree in Human Resources,
3+ years of experience in HR or talent management roles
