Description:

Skill Knight Studios Is Looking for a Talented and Motivated Aso Specialist to Join Our Team and Help Drive the Growth of Our Mobile Apps / Games. The ideal candidate will have experience optimizing Apps/Games to improve visibility and conversion rates in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will manage and execute all ASO activities and perform performance analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize App Store Listings (Google Play, Apple App Store) Through Keyword Research, A/b Testing, and Creative Improvements.

Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies to Boost Our Apps/Games's Visibility and Drive User Engagement.

Use Firebase and Other Analytics Tools to Collect Insights, Monitor Apps/Games Performance, and Make Informed Data-Driven Decisions.

Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns Across All Channels and Aso.

Conduct Market Research to Identify Trends and Opportunities in the App/games Industry.

Collaborate with Management to Define Project Scope, Objectives, and Deliverables.

Create Detailed Project Plans, Timelines, and Resource Allocation Strategies.

Coordinate Teams to Ensure Seamless Project Execution.

Oversee Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Testers, and Designers.

Monitor Project Progress and Deliver Regular Updates to Management.

Ensure Transparent Communication on Project Status, Milestones, and Deliverables.

Coordinate Testing, Debugging, and Deployment to Deliver High-Quality Outcomes.

Maintain Comprehensive Documentation, Including Project Plans, Reports, and Final Outputs.

Conduct Post-Project Reviews to Identify Lessons Learned and Areas for Improvement.

Facilitate Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning Sessions, and Retrospectives.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years in mobile marketing operations, or monetization, preferably in a gaming or apps environment.

Demonstrated experience as a Project Handling and ASO Specialist.

Proven experience managing and scaling teams.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
