JOB PURPOSE:
The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial records. This role involves posting and reconciling banking transactions, maintaining vendor billing processes, and handling expenses related to marketing and point-of-sale operations. Additionally, this role is accountable for bank reconciliation, online expense bookings, monitoring of daily sales, and providing sales forecasts to support the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Education: BBA / MBA
• Experience: 4–5 years
• Software/Tools: Odoo ERP and Ms. Office Suite.
• Skills: Decision-making abilities, Data-driven and analytical skills, Sales management, Problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and vendor management.
