Description:
As an SQA Intern, you will be involved in supporting the software testing process by learning and applying the fundamentals of Quality Assurance. You will work closely with our experienced SQA team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning, skill development, and exposure to the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of manual and automated test cases.
- Support in identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to understand testing requirements.
- Participate in review meetings and assist in the preparation of test documentation.
- Learn and follow software testing best practices and methodologies.
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
- Provide feedback on product usability, performance, and security.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging testing tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in software quality assurance and testing.
- Basic understanding of software development and the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive in learning and contributing.
