Description:

Test Planning: Assist in the creation of test plans by collaborating with senior SQA analysts and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Test Case Design: Design and develop test cases based on project specifications, user stories, and functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Test Execution: Execute test cases manually and, when applicable, use automated testing tools to identify defects, ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.

Defect Tracking: Document and track defects using designated tools, providing detailed information to assist developers in understanding and resolving issues.

Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to communicate testing progress and results.

Test Reporting: Prepare and communicate test reports summarizing test results, including passfail status, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, testing methodologies, and tools to enhance skills and contribute to the overall improvement of the testing process.
