Sqa Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SQA Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Digital Graphiks. As the SQA Team Lead, you will work closely with a team of testers, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of multiple releases.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SQA Automation/Manual to deliver high-quality and reliable automation/Manual testing.

• Design and implement effective automation frameworks and strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing efforts align with project goals and deadlines.

• Continuously identify areas for improvement and work to implement process enhancements.

• Ensure testing efforts are in compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all SQA automation-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2.5+ years of relevant experience in software test automation.

• Strong experience in working with automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and BDD frameworks.

• Proficiency in relational DBs, SQL, APIs (SOAP, REST, RPC) for automating backend test scenarios.

• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD processes (or equivalent GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.)

• Familiarity with containerization technologies, like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong ability to understand business processes and logic.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player.

• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScripting, APIs/Webservices, etc.

• Strong experience of Documentations.

• Sound knowledge of (SDLC & STLC).
