As a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer at TowerTech (Punjab Group), you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across various group companies. Your expertise in manual testing and experience in automation will be instrumental in driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Execute manual testing on various software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential areas of improvement and enhance overall product quality.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to streamline repetitive testing processes.
• Participate in regression testing to ensure that changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Provide timely and detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate effective bug fixing and improvements.

What you’ll need:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Analyst, or similar role, with at least 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
