Key Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HR or related qualification.
- 02-04 years of experience in HR Business Operations employees (benefits administration, HRIS administration, employee records, and payroll).
- Experience in HRMS software implementation would be an advantage.
- Being good with numbers is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.
- Handle assigned clients having subscribed modules including payroll, attendance & leave, expense, PF loans & benefits, performance etc.
- Timely delivery of monthly and other deliverables for payroll and other reports as per the client requirement having timely reviewed by the line manager.
