Specialist, Order Management

Description:

S&P Global Market Intelligence seeks a Specialist in Order Management to join our Islamabad-based team for a temporary 1-year contract. This role involves handling critical invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and contributing to revenue generation by efficiently processing customer contracts, sales, renewals, and amendments. You will be part of a global team operating in India, Manila, the US, and Pakistan, working on various advanced applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, Vertex, and Zuora.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer-signed contracts and process new sales, renewals, and amendments.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and services to clients.
• Make precise adjustments to client accounts and provide billing explanations to clients, client services, or sales teams.
• Promptly process and manage internal and external emails.
• Assist with escalations of critical issues to senior management, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Provide basic ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, focused team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with Salesforce or Oracle.
