Description:
As an Associate, Client Services you will be responsible to undertake the assigned tasks from your designated client and ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibility:
- Analyze customer’s complaints and recommend solutions via multiple streams of communication including calls, emails, and voice mails.
- Undergo every assigned training on the industry assigned.
- Liaise with other departments and provide support to them.
- Assist clients in filing documents and contact them whenever any error is discovered, or when it needs to be corrected.
- Offer information about price quotes to prospective customers of the assigned client.
- Manage and protect the reputation of the company.
- Maintain strong clientele relationships with customers.
- Develop process improvements to achieve service goals.
- Generate client service reports for management.
- Develop best practices to improve service quality and productivity.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong spoken and written Spanish language communication skills. (B1 / C1 /C2).
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Business Studies / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Public Relations.
- Someone who has a strong willingness to learn.
