Sourcing Executive

Description:

BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 (𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Identify and develop multiple manufacturers for private labeling products.
o Sourcing different packaging materials with multiple suppliers and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards compliance.
o Research and manufacture potential private-label products with multiple manufacturers.
o Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
o Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
o Overseeing quality control processes to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.
o Developing and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.

REQUIREMENTS:

o B.COM/ BBA/ MBA in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
o Previous experience in procurement and private labeling roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
o Knowledge of manufacturing process and should be street smart.
o Knowledge of different materials such as packaging, printing process and fabric stitching.
o Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
o Assist Sourcing Lead on multiple new product developments.
o Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
