Job Responsibilities:

• Quickly grasp technical client requirements and articulate an appropriate solution architecture.
• Manage projects acting as a technical lead to development team.
• Support the development of cross-functional business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via technology enablement.
• Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies to the team.
• Act as subject matter expert in the code, mentor team members, and create innovation for complex user problems.
• Support and manage cloud services and hosting for clients.
• Diagnose and fix software problems, troubleshoot and present custom solutions to any and all potential customer problems.
• Maintain technical documents regarding developed systems.
• Responsible for working within a fast-paced environment with teams to design, build and support customers.
• Assure the quality of work.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
