We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Expert to join our team in Rawalpindi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving/meeting sales targets and promoting our solar energy solutions to potential clients. Your expertise in solar technology, coupled with strong sales skills, will be essential in identifying and closing deals with residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and provide accurate estimates for solar installations.
- Present and explain solar products and services to prospective clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in solar sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
