We seek an experienced Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Install solar panels, mounting hardware, and electrical wiring.
2. Ensure proper system sizing, layout, and orientation.
3. Connect solar panels to inverters, batteries, and electrical panels.

*Maintenance and Repair:*

1. Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
2. Troubleshoot and repair system issues.
3. Upgrade or replace existing systems.

*Safety and Quality:*

1. Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
2. Conduct site assessments to ensure installation feasibility.
3. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

*Collaboration:*

1. Work with electrical contractors, roofers, and other stakeholders.
2. Communicate with customers regarding installation progress.
3. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
