Solar Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar System Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the installation, maintenance, and aftersale service of our solar systems. This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage daily operations at solar system installation sites.
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and installers.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical assistance and support to the team and clients as needed.
- Handle aftersale service inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

**Qualifications:**
-Hand on experience on hybrid and ongrid system installations & troubleshooting.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the solar energy industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of solar system installation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Valid driver’s license.
