As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development & Software Sales Executive to expand our software solutions and drive new business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Software Sales: Drive sales of the company’s software solutions by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through market research, networking, and attending industry events to grow the company’s customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving company targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s software solutions, products, and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and close deals that align with the company’s goals and customer expectations.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and software sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
