Description:
Qualification & Experience Required:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SaaS, PaaS. Must have working experience in international environment with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills Required:
1. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
2. Lead Sales Cycle & B2B Funnel.
3. Proficiency in identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential leads.
4. Expertise in using CRM to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyse sales data.
5. Track record and map customer journey.
6. Understanding of target market and buyer personas.
7. Deep understanding of the SaaS and PaaS.
8. Hands on experience on LinkedIn tools (sales navigator)
9. Strong negotiation skills.
10. Skill in analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
11. Trust building and customer relationship management.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively
14. Time management, pressure handling, team management, and adaptable to every situation.
15. Knowledge of IVR tools.
16. Data visualization tools.
