Software Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Executive with extensive experience in SaaS product sales, particularly in the American and European markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue for Zuggo Custom Apps. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

o Create and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire customers in the Americas and Europe.

o Develop in-depth knowledge of Zuggo Custom Apps' SaaS solutions and customize sales approaches to suit regional markets.

2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

o Identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline.

o Leverage networks, attend industry events, and explore cold and warm outreach tactics to generate high-quality leads.

3. Client Relationship Building:

o Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.

o Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.

4. Sales Presentations & Demos:

o Conduct engaging product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations that highlight the value of Zuggo’s custom apps.

o Deliver high-impact, solution-based presentations that resonate with the target market.

5. Closing Deals:

o Drive the sales process from prospecting through deal closing.

o Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective negotiation and contract closure.

6. Market Research & Analysis:

o Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities.

o Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for product development and market positioning strategies.

7. Customer Success & Satisfaction:

o Ensure a seamless handoff to the customer success team post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term partnerships.

o Collaborate on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

8. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

o Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM.

o Regularly report on sales performance metrics, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies to meet targets.

9. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

o Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, messaging, and product offerings.

o Provide insights to improve marketing materials and sales strategies for maximum impact.

10. Compliance & Ethical Sales Practices:

o Uphold the highest level of ethical standards in all sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and regional legal requirements.

Requirements:

· Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on the Americas and European markets.

· Qualification: Preferably Graduate

· Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and expanding into new markets.

· Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

· IT Skills: Proficiency in MS office, graphic designing, Canva app, software based presentation skills

· CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and generate reports.

· Network: Established network and relationships in target industries across the US and Europe.

· Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
