Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to create project roadmaps and milestones
- Organize cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, QA & product ownership to keep them aligned
- Prioritize which areas the team should focus on during each Sprint to ensure the project’s success
- Communicate with external clients and stakeholders to assess feedback and manage expectations
- Continuously measure the efficiency of the development efforts and course-correct as needed
- Create necessary documents such as feature specs, user stories, user journey diagrams, change requests, milestones, roadmap, etc.
- Perform scrum activities such as backlog grooming, estimation, sprint planning & sprint retrospectives
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree in a technology or management related field
- 1-2 years experience working in a similar capacity
- Organized, driven, highly motivated
- Familiar with Agile Development & Scrum
- Comfortable using tools such as Jira/Trello, Slack, Google Meet, Sheets & Slides, etc.
- Software development expertise or prior knowledge is a bonus
- Ability to use wireframe/design/mock-up tools such as Sketch/Figma is a bonus
