Software Engineering Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our software development house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, designers, and IT professionals to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of software professionals in developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.

· Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

· Ensure the alignment of software development activities with business objectives and customer needs.

· Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

· Develop and manage the software house budget, including resource allocation and cost control.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in software development management or a similar leadership role.

· Strong technical background with experience in multiple programming languages and technologies.

· Excellent project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
