Software Engineer Technical Lead

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faisalabad for a Software Engineer Technical Lead. The Software Engineer Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the design, development and deployment of software systems using various coding languages and tools. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and execute software enhancements and bug fixes while ensuring high software quality in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Science, Software Development, and Back-End Web Development (MERN stack)
• Strong programming skills with expertise in one or more programming languages.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers
• Experience in full-stack development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred
