Dynasoft Cloud is seeking skilled and experienced Software Engineers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing innovative software solutions in the Payroll, HRMS, or ERP domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for HRMS, Payroll, and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Quality Assurance to deliver robust and scalable applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software to improve functionality and user experience.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs, security, and scalability standards.
Role Requirements
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in developing Payroll, HRMS, or ERP software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, or equivalent).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Knowledge: Strong understanding of database systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
