Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications that provide a seamless user experience.

As a MERN Developer, you will utilize your strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members will be crucial in delivering high-quality projects within specified timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices to ensure the scalability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

- Designing, developing and integrating APIs

- Agile development experience, and ability to provide good quality documentation

- Hands on experience of application support ideally at a Bank and/or Private Cloud or AWS

- Ability to communicate technical problems in a business-like way

- Passion, drive, energy and an ability to think outside the box

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
