The candidate should know how to help a team succeed in the current initiatives and set the groundwork for innovation and greater performance for our existing platform.

• Be a key partner in rolling out products and services for our US based clients
• Managing several teams of iOS, Android, Web, Java and .Net developers, helping them succeed in their careers and day-to-day work.
• Solve hard technical issues while shipping code regularly.
• Work closely on new features with Developers, Architects, Designers, UI/UX, Product Managers and QA in an agile environment.
• Help improve the process and output of the teams, working with other mobile-centric teams to find ways to improve outcomes and deliver value.
• Take ownership of components - from design to development, deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor your fellow team members, participating in code reviews and working hand-in-hand with other developers.
• Help Assist the sales team where needed with quotes and proposal content where required
• Help Assist Sales with closing deals by going on a call with US based clients.
