AlphaBOLD is on the lookout for an experienced Technical Manager to lead our team of software engineers, drive software development, and ensure impeccable deliverables. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and ensure their professional development.
- Ensure the solutions/projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement software development processes and standards.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project management, business analysis, DevOps, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
- Mentor and coach to improve the team's skills and knowledge.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 10-15 years in software development with at least 5 years in the management role.
- Demonstrable experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering solutions in these competencies: mobile, IoT, Full stack/Web stack, AI/ML.
