We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a key player in our marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads and Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads and SMM strategies to drive lead generation and conversions.

2. Manage and optimize ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to achieve maximum ROI.

3. Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions.

4. Implement automation tools and workflows to streamline lead generation and follow-up processes.

5. Collaborate with our content team to create engaging ad content and landing pages.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads and SMM trends, best practices, and platform updates.

*Requirements:*

1. 3+ years of experience in Google Ads and SMM management.

2. Proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns.

3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads platforms.
