We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing and Social Media Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a proven track record of optimizing digital advertising campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Your primary focus will be on analyzing current ad performance, identifying the most successful topics, and continuously improving our advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current advertising campaigns to identify successful elements and areas for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance ad performance.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and lead generation across various advertising platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and brand voice.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and ad creative in real-time to meet KPIs.
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights on how to scale successful topics and strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in digital advertising technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in performance marketing ,digital advertising and social media management
- Expertise with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis with an ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Voluum, Redtrack, and Binom.
