Description:
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
● Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and monitor success metrics
● Resolve user queries and provide excellent customer support via these platforms.
● Develop engaging, relevant, and interactive content (messages, videos, polls, contests, etc.) that resonates with the audience.
● Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and event announcements through these messaging channels.
● Track and analyze performance metrics (user engagement, message open rates, conversion rates, etc.) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
● Use data-driven insights to continuously improve messaging, timing, and audience segmentation.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
● Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns on messaging platforms.
● Strong understanding of community management, digital marketing, and content creation.
● Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
