We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media marketing campaigns targeting the USA and Canada real estate markets. You will be instrumental in driving engagement, building brand awareness, and generating leads for our real estate services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others tailored to the real estate industry.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos) to attract and convert prospects in the USA and Canadian markets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape in the real estate sector.
- Optimize social media profiles to increase brand visibility and engagement, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional brand presence on all platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy alignment.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize performance.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools.
- Experience running successful paid social media campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills tailored to the USA and Canadian real estate market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and overall digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
