Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Ad Manager to oversee and optimize our brand’s social media ad accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media advertising, a keen eye for analytics, and a creative mindset to drive engagement and conversions across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media ad strategies aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Budget Management: Oversee and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize reach and impact while staying within budget constraints.
• Audience Targeting: Utilize data-driven strategies to identify and target key audience segments.
• Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and call-to-actions that resonate with the audience.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective advertising strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in managing social media ad campaigns with a track record of successful outcomes. Experience with multiple ad platforms is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging ad content that drives action.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certification) are a plus.
