Description:
Create and maintain our Shopify store, Meta Ads, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing online shopping experience.
Update product listings, images, and descriptions to optimize for conversions.
Implement and manage e-commerce plugins and apps to enhance site functionality.
Social Media Marketing and Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Create engaging and shareable content, including visuals and copy, to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the Shopify store.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine marketing strategies and enhance performance.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and effectively.
Content Creation:
Generate compelling and creative content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written copy.
Align content with brand messaging and visual identity to maintain a consistent and appealing brand image.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content calendars.
E-commerce Operations:
Conduct regular analysis of website performance and social media metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement best practices for SEO to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to make data-driven recommendations.
Customer Service:
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations and management, preferably in a startup environment.
Proficient in Shopify administration and customization.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in both content creation and marketing.
Skills required:
Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and logistics.
Experience in social media marketing, including advertising and analytics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
