Social Media Marketing Specialist

K&Z Communications is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve specific marketing goals and objectives

- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts

- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize content performance

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community on our social media channels

- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role

- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content creation and engagement

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy for social media posts

- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach, capable of using social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email marketing is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
