Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media specialist to join our team and take charge of generating content and growing the accounts of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a proven track record of organically growing social media accounts, and expertise in running effective social media ad campaigns.
The applicants must possess a deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends, enabling them to develop strategies that drive engagement, followers, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve client content and growth objectives.
-Schedule content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Create engaging and visually appealing content calendars in collaboration with our Graphic Designer, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client preferences.
-Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and relevant conversations, and leverage them to enhance client visibility and engagement.
-Analyze social media performance metrics regularly and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including management and graphic, and other teams, to deliver integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
-Plan and execute targeted social media ad campaigns, optimizing ad spend to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
-Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement in social media strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
-Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
-Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager..
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with online communities.
-Creative thinker with a strong design sense and an eye for detail.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights). Currently we are using a tool named Social Pilot.
-Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously learning and improving.
