As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and increasing online engagement. You will work closely with various teams, including designers, SEO specialists, and developers, to optimize our online presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media management, paid advertising, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

· Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

· Create and oversee engaging content creation alongside the design team to drive audience interaction and growth.

· Assist the SEO team with the implementation of best SEO practices to ensure social media content is optimized for organic reach.

· Collaborate closely with developers to make necessary changes to the company website to improve web performance and user experience.

· Supervise and lead the social media team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality execution of social media initiatives.

· Develop and manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for campaigns and initiatives.

· Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

· Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive edge in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

More than 5+ years of Experience working in an eCommerce environment.
