The Role:
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of creating impactful digital strategies and delivering outstanding results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy Development: Crafting tailored social media strategies that align with clients’ goals and target audiences.
- Content Creation & Curation: Collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to create engaging, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content.
- Platform Management: Managing multiple social media accounts, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent engagement across platforms.
- Advertising Campaigns: Designing, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Community Management: Engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering online communities for clients.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including SEO specialists, designers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Trendspotting: Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven success in social media marketing and campaign management.
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media tools. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics is a plus.
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
