Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Brand Manager to join our agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning social media strategies for a diverse range of our clients. You will be the voice of our clients on social media, crafting engaging content, managing their online communities, and reporting on the results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for various clients.
- Curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across different social media platforms.
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
- Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
