Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing strategies to increase our brand's social media presence, engagement, and following. The successful candidate will be able to generate high-quality content, build and maintain relationships with followers, and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve our social media efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and following across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) that is both informative and engaging.
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build relationships and grow our social media following.
- Analyze social media metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to continuously improve our social media efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that social media efforts align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Engagement Specialist, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns and strategies.
- Experience using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and engaging social media content.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside of the box and develop innovative social media strategies.
