Everyuser is an innovative company in the CX sector, dedicated to customer feedback collection. As we scale our operations, we're seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team and help drive our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Engagement: Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts.
- Analytics: Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
- Scheduling: Help maintain a content calendar to ensure regular content distribution.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Feedback & Reporting: Participate in weekly/monthly meetings to update the team on metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
- A self-starter with a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest digital and social media trends.
