Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and rebranding efforts.
✅ Create and manage a content calendar to ensure regular posting and audience engagement.
✅ Plan and run paid social media campaigns, optimizing for best performance and ROI.
✅ Oversee content creation for diverse platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
✅ Create engaging and visually appealing posts, videos, and stories, optimized per platform requirements.
✅ Manage social media profiles to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.
✅ Build a strong online community and respond professionally to comments, messages, and reviews—including handling negative feedback.
✅ Track and analyze key performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
✅ Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities for further growth.
✅ Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent branding across channels.
✅ Experiment with new content formats and innovative engagement techniques to enhance audience retention.

Qualifications:
🔹 Proven experience in social media marketing with a successful portfolio of campaigns.
🔹 Expertise in short-form video content creation, especially for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
🔹 Strong knowledge of social media analytics and ability to generate actionable reports.
🔹 Experience in e-commerce marketing or B2B/B2C marketing is preferred.
🔹 Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing is a plus.
