Social Media Marketing & Community Manager

Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic individual to lead our social media marketing efforts and manage our online communities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Telegram. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of growing audiences, increasing engagement, and driving sales through social media channels. Compensation is from $125 to $350 depending on your experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Telegram.

- Create and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform.

- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns to keep our brand relevant.

Community Management:

- Build and manage online communities, fostering engagement and customer relationships.

- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

- Create and moderate Telegram groups for promotions and customer support.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.

- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Brand Building:

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

- Develop partnerships with influencers to amplify our reach.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing and community management.

Strong understanding of major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Telegram.

Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.

Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).

Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Graphic Designing Skills are a plus. Candidates who are willing to learn graphic designing will have an advantage.
