Description:
As a Social Media Marketer at MedICD, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our social media channels to enhance our online presence and connect with our target audience. You will play a key role in developing strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create and schedule engaging posts that highlight MedICD’s services, industry news, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and healthcare marketing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media efforts align with broader company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical billing sector.
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
