Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to build community and address inquiries.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance to refine strategies and report on key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our social media presence fresh and effective.
Web Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain our company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs on the website.
- Optimize website performance, including load times and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate web content and campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in web development technologies and languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
