Gaba Orientals is seeking a creative and talented Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for curating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms. Your role will involve designing social media posts, creating video content at our retail outlets, and managing our social media accounts to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing Social Media Posts: Create visually stunning and on-brand social media posts that resonate with our audience. Develop graphics, images, and other visual elements to craft compelling posts.

- Video Content Creation: Visit our retail outlets once a week to capture video content for reels and stories. Create engaging short videos that showcase our products, promotions, and brand personality.

- Social Media Management: Take ownership of our social media accounts, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and high-quality content. Schedule and publish a minimum of 15 posts per month, showcasing our product range and brand culture.

- Stories and Daily Posting: Post multiple stories per day to keep our audience engaged and informed about new arrivals, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and special offers.

- Engagement Management: Monitor our Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) and comments section, responding to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally. Foster positive interactions with our followers.

- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize social media posts, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and events.

- Analytics and Insights: Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of posts and campaigns. Adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement and reach.
