Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent online presence and engagement with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with our online community in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize our social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English (UK and US) with strong communication and copywriting skills.
