Social Media Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team at ELFIN. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing & HR team with a variety of tasks and initiatives, including but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Set specific objectives and reports.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Monitor SMO and traffic metrics.
• Help HR to find quality candidates for new positions.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, HR, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Qualifications:
• Matriculation & just basic Internet Computer Skills.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
