Key Responsibilities:

1- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.

2- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

3- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase user engagement.

4- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive app downloads and boost brand awareness.

5- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

6- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive digital presence.

7- Act as a brand influencer by actively engaging with the online community to build trust and drive brand loyalty.

8- Plan, organize, and oversee events that align with the company's branding and promotional goals, integrating event activities into social media campaigns.

9- Engage and utilize influencers to boost the brand globally.

 

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing. Advance Qualifications / MBA in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management will be a plus.

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Software App industry.

· Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
  • Basic graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
