Personal Assistance:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
- Assist with personal errands and day-to-day organizational tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and/or as a personal assistant.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or other scheduling platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
